**Violence and Its Instruments Are Forbidden**

Elysium permits no acts of violence, nor the display or threat of weapons. Peace must be preserved in both deed and bearing. Weapons may be carried if they remain concealed and are not used to intimidate or provoke. In times of clear and imminent danger, the Keeper or Prince may authorize immediate measures to protect the domain.

**Disciplines Must Be Used With Discretion**

No Discipline may be used on another Kindred without consent or the Keeper’s permission. Discreet use of non-invasive abilities may be tolerated so long as they do not disturb the peace. At the Keeper’s discretion, certain powers may be sanctioned to support the security and interests of the domain.

**Mortals Require Permission**

No Kindred may feed on mortals in Elysium without approval. No mortal may be brought into Elysium, whether as vessel, servant, or spectacle, without the Keeper’s express consent.

**No Recording Devices**

Items capable of recording or transmitting data are not permitted unless cleared by the Keeper.

**Respect the Sanctity of Elysium**

Theft, vandalism, and defacement are forbidden. Elysium is a reflection of our civility, and all present are expected to preserve it.

**Elysium Is Not a Refuge from Justice**

This is not sanctuary. Those fleeing just punishment will find no protection here.

**All in Good Standing Are Welcome and Accountable**

Elysium is neutral ground. All Kindred in good standing with the domain may attend, and all share in the responsibility of maintaining its peace. Silence in the face of violation is complicity.

**Safe Passage To and From Elysium**

Kindred are entitled to travel to and from Elysium without fear of pursuit, surveillance, or interference. Following or harassing another outside its walls violates the spirit of the Courtesies.
